In a significant achievement, CSA Digital Solution, a one-stop-center of entities in Tanzania, is among the top 10 Global Finalists in the SDC Digital GameChangers 2023 Award, “Category 3: Prosperity – Promoting economic growth Digital projects’, Tanzania and Nigeria stand as prominent representatives of Africa among the top 10 finalists of 450 applicants globally. This inclusion of Tanzania and Nigeria underscores the continent’s commitment to harnessing digital technologies for achieving sustainable economic growth, job creation, and infrastructure development.
CSA Digital Solution (https://csa.co.tz/), a flagship product of Tech & Media Convergency (TMC), has been named one of the top 10 finalists for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Digital GameChangers 2023 Awards. The prestigious award program is organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies. The top 10 finalists are from Mexico, Nigeria, Singapore, Qatar, Latvia (Europe), Bahrain, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Switzerland and Tanzania. The finalists have five (5) Innovations and Digital Solutions represented by the Government, One (1) from Civil Society, One from (1) Academia, and three (3) from the Private Sector.
The SDG Digital GameChangers Award program seeks to recognize and celebrate individuals and organizations that are harnessing the power of digital technology to advance the global SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). CSA Digital Solution’s recognition in this prestigious list underscores its significant impact on SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
